4. Villa Enquiries and Bookings
Submitting an enquiry through our website or WhatsApp does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed upon:
- Written confirmation from Wayvora Villa via email or WhatsApp
- Receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified in the booking confirmation
- Acceptance of the specific villa's rental agreement and house rules
Pricing displayed on the website is indicative and subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation terms vary by property and are specified in your individual booking confirmation. General guidelines:
- 60+ days before check-in: Full refund of deposit (minus processing fees)
- 30–59 days before check-in: 50% refund of total booking value
- Less than 30 days before check-in: No refund unless the villa is re-booked
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation costs. Wayvora Villa reserves the right to cancel bookings due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), in which case a full refund will be provided.
6. Guest Responsibilities
As a guest, you agree to:
- Treat the villa and its contents with care and respect
- Comply with all house rules provided at the time of booking
- Not exceed the maximum guest occupancy specified for the property
- Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly to our team
- Vacate the property by the agreed check-out time
- Not use the property for any illegal activities or events not approved in advance
You are liable for any damage caused to the property during your stay beyond normal wear and tear.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, videos, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Wayvora Villa or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
